We Are Not A Franchise
We are a local family business we have no franchise or agent fees to pay.

Therefore this reflects in the price you pay. However there is no call out charge and a full quotation will be given either on site when the  locksmith arrives or approx costs by phone based on what information we know. 

We Do Not Have a Call Centre
When you call you will speak to the locksmith direct who has knowledge of your situation in respect to locks. Your call will not be lost in the “system”.

You will be given a mutually agreed time of arrival and we will keep in touch with you.

The local locksmith trades on reputation and fair pricing and has little chance of competing against the national call centres.

Their multi-million pound advertising budget buys them the forefront of category placing and multiple adverts in such publications as Yellow Pages, Yell.com and Thomson Local.

It Pays To Shop Around

 Only customers who are willing to phone  around will find a genuine  local locksmith offering local prices.

The unfortunate ones with an emergency are likely to phone the first/biggest advert they find with a local number – and often end up placing a call to a centre where they are quoted 30% to 100% more for labour and materials.

The person is then left waiting while the call  centre attempts to find someone free who can visit the customer.

Often the attending “locksmith” will not have the skills or stock to complete the work and a second “further work” visit is required incurring more costs.
